We want you to feel completely confident shopping with KitHaus. If something’s not quite right, we’ll do everything we can to make it right. That’s why we offer a 30-day returns window for unused or faulty items.
How It Works
- Get in touch – Email hello@kithausliving.co.uk or use live chat before sending anything back.
- Receive your label – If your item is faulty and reported within 1 month, we’ll send you a pre-paid returns label.
- Pack it safely – Use the original packaging and make sure it’s secure.
- Send it back – We recommend recorded delivery so your parcel is protected in transit.
Our Returns Promise
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in saleable condition.
- Goods that are used, washed, or made to order cannot be refunded.
- Faulty goods must be reported within 1 month to qualify for a free return label.
- Return postage is covered for faulty items; for all other returns, postage costs are your responsibility.
- Original delivery charges (including premium or remote area surcharges) are non-refundable.
Refund Timelines
Once your return is received and checked by our team, we’ll process your refund quickly:
- Debit cards – Within 3 working days
- Credit cards – Within 7 working days
- PayPal – Within 2 working days
- Klarna – Within 5–7 working days (depending on Klarna’s processing times)
