By submitting payment details, you confirm you are authorised to use that payment method. If a payment is declined or fraudulent, your order will be cancelled.

All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you’ve placed an order, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or a refund.

5. Delivery & Shipping

• Orders under £70 incur a £4.99 flat-rate delivery charge.
• Delivery Timeframes
• Standard delivery usually takes 1–2 working days from dispatch, depending on your location. Orders placed after 5pm may be processed the next working day.
• During busy periods (e.g. university move-in seasons, holidays), delivery may take slightly longer.
• Additional Delivery Information
• Deliveries are made Monday–Friday (excluding bank holidays). We cannot guarantee specific delivery times.
• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email. It is your responsibility to ensure delivery details are accurate and accessible.
• University or PBSA Deliveries

For student and accommodation deliveries, orders may be coordinated in partnership with your university, student union, or accommodation provider to ensure smooth delivery.

6. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds Before Dispatch

• You have 30 days from receipt to return an item in its original condition, unused, and with packaging intact.
• Returns are at your own cost unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
• For faulty or damaged items, please contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned goods.
• We recommend using a tracked courier service for all returns as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
